Product Description
This insulating glass machine with flat panel press has the function of out-panel assembly and inner panel assembly.
This production line adopts the most advanced IG technology n the world. It can do double layers, triple layers, stepped glass, shaped glass and extra-long glass.
Main functions,
1. The loading section has Low-E detector, which can indicate the number of membrance.
2. The washing section adopts stainless steel and corrosion resistant material with fine water-proof function, which is durable in use.
3. Can clean 3~25mm thickness glass.
4. It can do double layers, triple layers, stepped glass, shaped glass and extra-long glass.
5. Adopts the world famous brand low-voltage apparatus, sensor and PLC, etc.
6. Adopts human-machine interface, easy to operate, and can self-diagnosis the equipments fault automatically.
7. Treat the surface of plate all spray model or baking varnish disposal, beautiful generous and wear well.
8. The panel press part can open in large journey to max. 500mm, easy to maintenance.
9. The drying part use circulated hot wind that ensure the dry effect and reduce noise.
